Syrah

Syrah (or Serine) is supposed to have been brought in the south of France from the region of Syracuse by the Roman.  it is said that Syrah appreciates poor soil and hot climate.
Syrah needs time to show its greatness.  
Syrah is dry, dark, dense and tannic.   The wine is strong, rich and colored

Aromas: pepper, violet or raspberry, depending up on the soil
