Sémillon

Sémillon is in the great wines of Sauternes and Barsac where it is used with Sauvignon Blanc to produce what are generally accepted to be the finest sweet wines in the world. In
Sémillon Wineries in many countries use the grape to create dry single-varietal white wines.  produces stunning wines which are fruit driven in youth but develop intense butterscotch and rich honeyed flavors when fully mature.

Aromas: lemon, butterscotch and pear.
